The Bible calls us to practice hospitality. The Greek word for hospitality means to love strangers. Biblical hospitality is meeting both spiritual and physical needs, not perceived comfort and is not a spiritual gift for only a few people but a command from God for everyone to follow. As a church we should welcome people to come as they are, never assume that someone else has made contact with them and realize that conversations we start today will continue in the future.
