The Gospel of Anticipation

The account of the Transfiguration of Jesus is a shift from restoration to redemption and gives us another glimpse of the nature and glory of God. In anticipating His return we should fear the glory of God and see Jesus as the promise fulfilled. If we live with active anticipation we will pray, invite others to God’s family and surrender/sacrifice our own desires to Him.
